Solar
We're currently exploring a solar array to offset a large portion of one HOA's electric usage. From concept to construction to turnover, we can manage projects of any size.
Ongoing Projects
A hot tub remodel, landscape improvements, a new entry sign, and irrigation system repairs, all currently in progress.
LED Retrofit
We recently led a full LED retrofit of the parking pole lights at a condominium complex. Working alongside the Board and local contractors, we helped develop the design and coordinated the install end to end.
Deck Repairs
We contracted and managed a series of deck improvements and repairs at one of our properties. We coordinated the contractor and kept every affected resident in the loop from start to finish.
