Summit Property Management is a locally owned company in Durango, Colorado, founded in 2021. We give owners trusted, hands-on care for their vacation rentals, HOA and facility communities, and home checks, and we give guests an easy, well-prepared stay in one of the best corners of the San Juans.
How We Got Here
Summit was founded in Durango in 2021 by Ross and Brittany Rupe. Ross brings seven years with a top-250 ENR general contractor in Colorado. Brittany brings restaurant management, tech sales, and CFO experience from a Midwest real estate investment firm.
Today we handle vacation rentals, HOA and facility management, home checks, and general contracting in Durango. Still locally owned, still hands-on.
