We verify your security system is set and working, inspect for signs of theft, vandalism, or damage, and check for unusual odors that might signal a problem. Every entry point gets a visual check.
Water & Moisture
We run all faucets, showers, and toilets to catch leaks early. We also inspect for water damage, mold, or mildew, and check your hot water heater and A/C pans for any signs of trouble.
Systems & Appliances
We verify thermostats are set correctly and functioning, check that refrigerators and freezers are working properly, and inspect your electrical panel for any tripped breakers.
