Our beautiful home is located in Tacoma Village, just across from Purgatory Mountain Resort. This comfortable, newly built home has accommodations for 12 and provides: - 3 bedrooms (all primary suites) - 1 loft - 3 full bathrooms (ensuites) + a half bath - large living/dining room w/ gas fireplace - fully stocked kitchen - washer/dryer - free WIFI - outdoor seating w/ gas firepit, grill, and hot tub - stunning views of nearby Purgatory Mountain During your stay you'll also have access to the shared outdoor heated pool, hot tub, gym, club restaurants, and private ski lockers all located at Purgatory Resort, a short 5 minute drive away. Free shuttle access to the resort is also provided, with pickup/drop-off right at the front door. We also provide complimentary coffee (ground coffee) and tea. There is a drip coffee maker for your use, as well as an array of cookware and spices. Enjoy ease of access to downtown Durango (25 miles south), or take in all that the San Juans have to offer with nearby alpine mountain biking, hiking trails, skiing, and fishing. Access the heart of the San Juans and the Weminuche Wilderness via Purgatory flats (a popular hiking trail), and just a short walk from the front door! Easy check-out process! *Disclosure: This home is located in the San Juan mountains at high elevation, and 4-wheel drive may be necessary in the winter months. There are cameras on property, all are exterior. One at the front entrance, one at the garage, and one at the back patio.
